Each poll diffs the whale's order book against the last snapshot. Disappeared orders are resolved against Hyperliquid's order-status endpoint, so ✓ filled and - cancelled are labelled explicitly — a pulled bid and an executed bid mean opposite things, and most trackers can't tell them apart.
Alerts support a minimum-notional filter, so you only hear about orders big enough to matter.

Yes — this is where most trackers stop. When an order disappears from the book, HyperIntel queries Hyperliquid's order-status endpoint to label it 'filled' or 'cancelled'. A whale pulling a bid is a very different signal from a whale getting filled on it.

Every whale entry in the signals feed is scored fresh / caution / late-chase based on how long ago the position was opened and how far price has already moved. Following a whale into a position that is 12 hours and +8% old is usually paying their exit liquidity — the score exists to stop that.
Yes. Open orders and fills on HIP-3 builder markets (the xyz US-stock and gold perps) are tracked with a visible dex badge, alongside all regular crypto perps. Spot orders are filtered out so alerts stay perp-only.
