How HyperIntel collects, uses, stores, and protects account and wallet-tracking data.

Overview

HyperIntel provides wallet intelligence, copy-trading research, alerts, and account tools for Hyperliquid users. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We do not custody user funds, private keys, seed phrases, or exchange credentials. Never send private keys or seed phrases through the service.

Information we collect

Account information: email address, username, language, timezone, login providers, subscription status, and authentication metadata.

Product data: tracked wallets, alert rules, notification channels, saved preferences, review notes, and usage settings you create inside the product.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, request logs, error logs, cookies, local storage identifiers, and security events.

Wallet-market data: public blockchain or Hyperliquid wallet information, including addresses, positions, fills, PNL, tags, scores, and derived analytics. This data may be public or generated by our analysis systems.

Payment data: if you subscribe, billing is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to operate the service, authenticate accounts, deliver wallet tracking, generate analytics, send alerts, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, debug issues, improve product quality, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified analytics to improve scoring models, understand product usage, and build public market insights.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with infrastructure, email, notification, analytics, payment, security, and support vendors that help us operate the service.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Retention and security

We retain account and product data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security records.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security.

Your choices

You may update account settings, export account data where available, unsubscribe from non-essential communications, and request deletion of your account.

You can control cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Some features may stop working if storage is disabled.

International users

The service may process and store information in countries different from your location. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred internationally.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. The updated date shows when this page was last revised.
