HyperIntel provides wallet analytics, leader discovery, copy-trading research, risk labels, alerts, scoring, and related tools. The service is informational software only.

We do not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. We do not execute trades, custody funds, manage portfolios, or guarantee outcomes.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and use the service only where lawful for you to do so.

Crypto, derivatives, perpetual futures, leverage, and copy trading involve substantial risk. You may lose some or all of your funds.

Scores, tags, alerts, wallet groups, and red flags are research signals, not instructions to trade. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

You may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at excessive rates, bypass access controls, resell unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use the service for unlawful activity.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates risk for the service, other users, or third parties.

Paid features, limits, billing cycles, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and taxes may be handled through our billing provider and shown at checkout or in account settings.

We may change plans, pricing, quotas, and features over time. Changes will not reduce an already-paid subscription period unless required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Market data, wallet data, exchange data, and derived analytics may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or changed by third-party sources.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific results, or error-free data.

The service, interface, code, scoring methods, labels, content, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, but grant us the rights needed to operate the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperIntel will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms or modify the service as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access as described in these terms.
